Our Men's Pastoral Internship at Open Door provides a unique opportunity for aspiring pastors to be mentored by experienced leaders who have gone before. Our program is designed to give you one-to-one coaching from seasoned pastors who will help you to grow in your ministerial calling, and provide invaluable wisdom and insight from their own years of experience. You will have the opportunity to learn from their successes, their failures, and their journey with God, helping you to become the best pastor you can be.

Receive hands-on ministry experience

As a participant in our Men's Pastoral Internship, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on ministry experience in a variety of areas. From preaching and teaching to counseling and outreach, you will have the chance to apply what you learn in the classroom to real-world ministry situations. You will have the support and guidance of experienced pastors and leaders as you step out in faith and put your learning into practice. This practical experience will be invaluable as you prepare to lead a congregation and serve God's people.

Our Men's Pastoral Internship offers a supportive community of peers who will encourage you in your walk with Christ, challenge you to grow in your knowledge of the Bible, and push you to become a better pastor. You will have the opportunity to build lasting friendships with fellow interns, share your experiences, and learn from one another. The friendships you form during the internship may be some of the most valuable relationships you will have in your ministry journey.
