Kids' TREK

Kids TREK is a Sunday evening ministry (5:15-6:30) providing elementary-age kids with an engaging and creative way to explore God’s word and His work in the world. It consists of four six-week sessions from August to May with a variety of “tracks” offered each session. Kids will register for a specific track each session. If you need to take a session off, Kids’ TREK allows for that flexibility. At Kids' TREK we aim to see kids:

• Knowing His Word

Fall 1 Track Descriptions:

Personal Evangelism (K-2nd Grades)

Personal Evangelism will explore the gospel and the Great Commission with K-2nd grade students. The focus will be on helping students understand the gospel message and the Christian’s call to participate in its spread. 

Discover the Bible: The Law (K-2nd Grades)

Discover the Bible: The Law leads kindergarten through second-grade students to treasure our God, reflect his glory, engage our world, and know his word by exploring the promises, people, and precepts of the first five books and how they point to God’s plan of redemption through Jesus Christ.

Personal Worship (3rd-5th Grades)

Personal Worship introduces third through fifth grade students to a variety of spiritual disciplines that cultivate our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. 

How to Study the Bible: Acts (3rd-5th Grades)

By using the Read–Discover–Apply–Pray process of Bible study, kids will explore selected passages from the book of Acts. There, they will see how the Holy Spirit worked through the early church as God’s people grew in boldness, and lives were changed as the good news of Jesus reached new places and people.

Serve Track (K-5th Grades)

Serve leads Kindergarten-5th grade students to understand and practice a life of service as an expression of their faith in Jesus Christ. Through Scripture, activities, and hands-on projects, students will learn to serve their family, neighbors, community, and the nations as they reflect the love of Christ through their actions.

Kids' TREK is free! Kids' TREK water bottles will be available for purchase in August. Kids can add their track stickers to these water bottles as they finish each track during the year!
